**Solution Ideas Ability Boutique (SIAB)** is a disability-led organisation (over 50% of our staff identify with disability). We’re growing and seeking experienced **Level 3 Disability Support Workers** to join our team supporting participants with **complex needs**.

**About the Role**

As a **Level 3 Disability Support Worker**, you will:

- Deliver **complex personal care** (manual handling, PEG feeding, behaviour support plans).
- Assist participants in daily living, social participation, and independence.
- Work as part of a disability-led team providing innovative supports.
- Provide flexible care in participant homes and community settings.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent**:

- Experience in **complex care** (manual handling, behaviour support, medication, or high-intensity needs)
- Current **NDIS Worker Check, WWCC, First Aid, CPR**:

- Strong values of inclusion, respect, and rights-based support
- Flexibility to work across shifts and build hours as services grow
- Full Drivers Licence
- Ability to work with Ad-on’s such as Driver Support, Supports in Employment, Emergency support.

**Hours & Pay**
- **Casual or part-time positions** available
- SCHADS Award Level 3 pay rates (plus allowances and penalties)
- **Initial hours are part-time/casual**, with potential to increase as our participant intake grows
