**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **trade-qualified Motor Assessor** with hands-on **experience in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanical repairs** **(Cert III or equivalent).** You’ll use your **technical knowledge and strong customer skills** to assess vehicle damage,** prepare accurate repair quotes**, and **negotiate settlements.** Your **understanding of collision repairs and the repair process** will help you confidently manage motor claims, delivering cost-effective and quality outcomes for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end motor claims, conducting assessments and overseeing repairs.
- Cultivate relationships with industry partners and internal teams.
- Ensure accurate cost estimations and safe repair recommendations.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Improve customer experience by providing exceptional service and support.
- Demonstrate a willingness to help your peers and contribute to team success.
- Enjoy and promote a high-performance culture within the organisation.

**What You Bring**
- Trade qualification (Cert III) in panel beating, spray painting, or a related mechanical trade (mandatory)
- A minimum of 3 years' post-trade qualification experience (mandatory)
- Confident customer-facing skills, with the ability to manage conversations and handle objections professionally.
- Solid understanding of vehicle repairs, particularly panel work and collision repair fundamentals.
- Experience reading and interpreting repair quotes or estimating vehicle repairs.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your workload efficiently.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence.
