Founded in 2010, we’re an independently owned and operated lifestyle brand with 12 hotels & 14 restaurants across Hong Kong, Australia, and Indonesia. Over the years we’ve grown exponentially, both in size and confidence. But our attitude towards our guests and our passion for what Ovolo stands for remains as strong as ever. Ovolo Woolloomooloo is the brand's flagship Australian hotel, located in Sydney's idyllic harbourside suburb of... (dramatic drum roll) Woolloomooloo. Nestled in the heart of the popular wharf precinct, a short walk to the city's central business district, the hotel is surrounded by a wide selection of much-loved dining and nightlife options. Ovolo Woolloomooloo features 100 guest rooms, a state-of-the-art gym, meeting rooms and events spaces, a swimming pool, and Alibi Bar & Kitchen (100% plant-based).

- Coffee is the most important part of someone's day, so you must be quick, get the mix right, don't burn the milk and have the guest saying ahhhhhh after they take their first sip.
- A doer not a dilly-dallier. Here we move fast, have fun, and get things done

- Handy and skillful on Latte-art
- Vast knowledge for coffee beans variety, have a good grip in how to operate coffee machine and the maintenance as well
- Performing outstanding teamwork among the barista team, and other section as well
- Maintaining the top-notch coffee outlet performance for cleanliness, equipment condition (coffee machine, grinders, etc), glassware (coffee cup, tea pot,etc)
