Work within the Development Services team of the local council. Gain valuable work experience with a professional and supportive team by your side where you will assist to follow-up customer requests and provide excellent customer service.

Upon successful completion of this 18-month position you would have achieved a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business**, and the skills and knowledge to step into many office roles such as a receptionist, customer service officer, team leader and more

**Duties**:

- Provide high-quality service in-person and electronically
