Gosford, Australia Eat street Cafe Full time

*Cafe Manager role*

Managing Day to day store operations including, maintinence & repairs, ordering, rostering, staff breaks & shift covers

Management responsibilities include; Social media, liaising with suppliers, wages, rosters, pricing negotiation, hiring of staff

Availability across store opening hours including weekends, days and night times

Autonomy to run the business like an owner with empowerment and financial backing to lead with your own decisions

Work with a fun loving team that enjoys 2 annual staff night outs, laid back atmosphere in a stunning location with the opportunity for career progression into multi site management as the business expands

Essential Criteria

Must have 2 years' experience as a Café Manager or similar

Must have cafe cooking ability as well as Barista experience

Valid Driver's License and car

Salary circa $70k based upon experience level

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
