We're industry leaders who pride ourselves on offering trendy and affordable products in a fun, warehouse-style shopping experience.
About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join the team at our Lake Haven store. We have multiple opportunities available for Casual, Part-Time, and Full-Time Retail Assistants.
What You'll Do
- Deliver friendly and helpful customer service
- Operate registers and assist customers at checkout
- Welcome customers and guide them through our huge store
- Become a product expert to make great recommendations
- Create and inflate balloon arrangements, bouquets, and helium balloons
- Merchandise stock and maintain attractive displays
- Organise store layouts to improve customer experience
- Manage product ticketing, signage, and displays
- Keep the store clean and organised (front & back areas)
