Take a step into the world of footwear, fashion, and retail as our new Junior Copywriter working within our Design Studio team. You will be reporting to our Design Manager and creating all EDM and Product copy as well as getting involved in supporting our creative team. Your “can-do” attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills will be a big part of the job. We are looking for a team player who is super organised, ideally has experience in a fast-paced industry like retail and has some SEO knowledge. More about the Role
Do you have a flair for words and love writing? As part of our fabulous Customer Experience team, you will work closely with the Studio Design team to create copy content for all MFG Brands. This is an entry level role, with an abundance of scope and opportunities within the dynamic footwear industry.
- You will be working hand-in-hand with the creative, marketing and product teams. The Copywriter is responsible for developing compelling and engaging content across various mediums;
- You will develop and maintain the tone of voice guidelines and copy consistency for all brands.

More about you
- We are looking for a natural communicator, where the written word is your happy place.
- You will have Tertiary qualification in Copywriting, communications or equivalent.
- You will have an excellent understanding of SEO and digital copy
- Have a highly creative and imaginative style coupled with the ability to work to deadlines and
- Have proven strong planning and organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure
- A positive, “can do” attitude, ready to jump into the busy world of footwear.
- You will have previous experience in retail or as a copywriter and be confident on the phone and in person.
- Your communication skills will be organised and your attention to detail will be excellent, savvy with SEO and the digital arena and an ability to multi-task with a smile.
- You will have a love for fashion and footwear and ideally have prior experience in either industry
