Our client stocks the latest looks from Australian and international designers, and is known around the world as being a one stop shop for in-store personal styling sessions.

This role combines online fulfilment with store stock control. Our client is looking for someone to be an ambassador for their brand, to be responsible for all operational and administrative tasks whilst also supporting the team on the shop floor.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Receiving goods, transferring stock, stock take, other stock arrangements etc.
- Ensuring the timely replenishment of any items sold from the boutique floor.
- Quality control, including preparing for retail presentation and ensuring every item received is in perfect condition.
- Ensuring 100% accuracy in Online orders dispatched and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all Boutique orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all product transfers in and out of the boutique are processed in Shopify, and investigate any discrepancies.
- Document and communicate any transfer discrepancies from third party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Have full awareness of the Stock on Hand (SOH) and communicate this to the boutique team.
- Maintain a clean and tidy stockroom, including all working areas.

**Skills and Requirements include, but are not limited to**:

- _Computer and systems literate, including Excel._
- _Experience working with stock and management of stock/backroom_
- _Ability to work tasks independently with strong prioritisation skills_
- _Experience with end to end Stocktake management_
- _Highly organised with strong attention to detail._
- _Willing to embrace new challenges and show initiative._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills_
