**ROLE OUTLINE**

As a Business Executive you deliver day-to-day client solutions through proactive communication with all stakeholders and departments for our exciting clients.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:

- Assist with research, proposal development and job execution
- Conduct competitor reviews
- Develop trusting relationships with your clients and stakeholders based on effectively and efficiently meeting their ongoing business needs
- Share ideas across client team to foster a culture of growth and development
- Support the team in setting up meetings for clients and relevant stakeholders, including other necessary logistics such as parking and catering
- Maintain and own the weekly ‘Work in Progress’ report and assists in the organisation of team meetings
- Ensure agency systems and procedures are followed, specifically print production details and contact reports
- Own the asset filing and dispatch tracking

**KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Tertiary qualified in a communications/marketing discipline preferred
- Advantageous with a marketing internship at a creative agency or having worked with social media platforms
- Has a passion for creativity and production in terms of learning how creative campaigns are being made at an agency
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative communication style
- Curious, strategically minded and interested in problem solving
- Attention to detail and obsessed with delivery
