We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven leader to join our team at **Campos Coffee** at **Sydney International Airport** as our new **Assistant Manager** on a full-time basis (38 hours per week).

Situated in the Terminal 1 food court, our Campos Coffee store is a fast-paced cafe, delivering a high level of customer service and offering a fantastic range of take-away hot and cold food/drink options.

As our new **Assistant Manager**, you will be tasked with supporting the Store Manager with the daily operations of our café. You will be strategically minded, lead by example, and understand that each day is unique & will often mean wearing many ‘hats’ to ensure our brand is well presented and our customer's needs are met.

**We’re looking for a hands-on leader who will**:

- Demonstrate solid café/food service experience and people management skills
- Be a strong communicator & team motivator
- Provide effective training to staff in the areas of customer service, product knowledge, inventory control, and merchandising

As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate outside typical business hours. We are looking for someone who is reasonably flexible with availability as trading hours will fall outside normal business hours.
