**Role Purpose**
As the accountant's world becomes more and more entwined with technological developments, a strong technology and systems knowledge will be beneficial.
The FP&A Manager will take the lead on the annual Budgeting and periodic re-Forecasting processes for the Oceania region, as well as completing weekly EBIT Flash and internal management reports with the assistance of the management accounting team. As well as over time becoming more involved in customer pricing responses. A desire to effect changes by improving and streamlining existing reports and processes will be well regarded.
**What you will be doing**
- Lead annual Budget and periodic re-forecasting process.
- Complete weekly EBIT and management KPI reports
- Develop working knowledge of key systems and measures and design new processes and reports to improve information dissemination and analysis.
- Modernise local budget/forecast models.
- Oversee and monitor capital expenditure. Including working with business unit managers on preparation of investment approval papers and maintenance of capital expenditure clearing account.
- Gain an understanding of and work on customer pricing proposals.
- Support growth of business through acquisitions by assisting with reviews of the financial reports and forecasts of target entities and assisting with roll-out of group systems and processes following acquisition
- Responsible for liaising with Group Finance on maintaining data integrity of OneStream consolidation system, i.e., additional business units, new stations etc.
- Assist the VP Finance with the monitoring of monthly financial targets and KPIs and their variance to Budget.
- Support and share knowledge with a team of Management Accountants who you will work alongside and provide ad hoc assistance to that team and the VP Finance, Oceania as required.
