**Crown Metropol Room Service - Waitperson**

We currently have exciting opportunities for dedicated hospitality professionals to assist in the smooth running of our Room Service departments. We require a customer focused individual, committed to providing exceptional food and beverage service, to join the team as a **Waitperson**.

As a Waitperson, you are primarily responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages to our guests, conducting floor checks, and assisting with morning set up.

**To be successful for this role, you will demonstrate the following**:

- Experience within a restaurant or hotel environment
- Ability to gain a strong knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Eager to learn
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts including weekends and public holidays
