**About the role**:
Deliver the financial and management accounting function across all Coty Australia divisions, in line with company objectives and with an emphasis on continuous process improvement. The key objective of this role is to support the periodic and ad hoc reporting and external compliance needs across finance team, including close business partnering with FP&A team.

**Reporting to the Legal Entity Controller, you will**:
Provide ongoing support with quality data & analysis to assist in making better-informed, accurate and data-driven strategic business decisions.
Providing support for month-end and quarterly closing through analysis and meaningful commentary of P&L and Balance sheet items, coordinating month-end activities with offshore finance teams, stock reconciliations, Balance sheet reconciliations, quarterly inventory calculations.
FP&A specific tasks of running daily sales report, preparing the monthly regional review decks including liaising with the relevant stakeholders.
Assist with external reporting such as ABS surveys.
Oversee the insurance renewal processes, including preparation of insurance renewal forms.
Other monthly commitments involving payroll tax lodgments nationally, intercompany netting payment reviews, working capital reports review.
Assist internal stakeholders with finance related queries including T&E claims and payments.
Act as the local market person in charge for AP related matters.
Support finance related project role outs as an when needed.

**You will have**:
Degree qualified and currently undertaking CA/CPA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Strong system skills (SAP and Hyperion experience are highly regarded)
FMCG background is highly regarded
High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Possess strong writing, editing and presentation skills
