**An excellent opportunity has arisen in a Leading Underwriting Organisation for a Sales & Service Consultant.**

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a person to take on the role of a Sales and Service Consultant based in our Brisbane Office. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic professional who can use their industry knowledge, skills and experience to contribute to the success of our business.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Quoting new business opportunities, re-rating renewal business and processing of policy endorsements;
- Processing and issuing policy documentation to Brokers;
- Provide a high level of customer service to our Brokers;
- Effectively manage time to ensure multiple tasks are completed within time-frames.

To be considered for this specialised role you will have the ability to make sound business decisions, be highly motivated and driven to achieve goals, have a strong client service focus with a professional and courteous phone manner, maintain a high level of attention to detail as well as possess strong communication skills.
