Maxima, in partnership with SAAB, are looking for a motivated individual to undertake a business traineeship at their Mawson Lakes campus.

SAAB strive to keep people and society safe. With over 80 years of experience within the defence industry, SAAB are committed to increasing security through a range of systems and solutions that are founded by technology. SAAB are rapidly growing and have increased their presence across all continents and are looking to expand their team to complement this.

Across 18-months gain practical industry experience by working fulltime and receive allocated study time towards achieving a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business **within the **Administration Stream**.

**The Role**:
Working within the Corporate Administration team, on a day-to-day basis you will be performing a diverse range of administrative tasks to a high standard to support the Maritime division.

Duties include:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Prepare documents including photocopying, binding and laminating
- Assist to book meeting rooms and catering
- Provide reception cover
- Function and event coordination including set-up and pack-down
- Additional administrative tasks including stationary orders, escort visitors etc.
