**The Opportunity**:
In this role, you will manage and coordinate the order fulfilment process for WA customer orders. Your duties will include managing the customer backorder for WA and ensuring all emergency orders of Komatsu-supported products are processed to meet customer requirements. You will focus on Customer ETA’s report and ensure information is available promptly to support the relay of information to customers. You will provide visibility of all incoming overseas shipments (in transit) and obtain accurate delivery dates by contacting overseas suppliers. You will also manage and track order lead-time compliance and expedite all at-risk or outstanding orders.

**Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Experience using freight tracking systems (International & Domestic).
- Proven ability to plan and track parts ordering.
- Knowledge and understanding of the product(s), parts & related matters.
- High level of expertise with enterprise systems and personal computers.
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft suite of products.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels with proven effective and professional written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of parts operations and logistics skills.
- Demonstrated experience as Customer Support Representative or Procurement Expediting Agent (Desired).
- Strong customer focus with positive attitude towards servicing & achieving customers’ needs in an efficient and cost effective way.
