**About the Role**:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Therapy Assistant to join our team at Bethanie Waters in Port Kennedy, on a **casual** basis. Co-located with a retirement village, Bethanie Waters is one of our larger sites with 160 beds, providing 24-hour care, including support for those with high care needs and dementia. You will play a crucial role in **implementing therapy and lifestyle programs, adapting activities to residents’ levels of function, and addressing their physical and psychological needs**.

Shifts are currently available on **Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday**; however, this may change.

**About You**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)
- Experience in a Therapy Assistant role, ideally in aged care or healthcare
- Experience working with residents with advanced dementia
- Clear communication skills with care recipients, families, and team members
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of The Bethanie Group
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
