**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of breads and pastries for our retail and wholesale customers
- Responsibilities include mixing, bench work, oven, customer service, clean up
- Uphold the highest of standards in regard to OHS and HACCP

Usual Conditions:

- Uniforms & allowances included;
- Competitive salary, then negotiated according to ability over time,
- inclusive of penalties and superannuation

**Required Experience**

Proven experience as a baker for at least 2 years

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery and adapt to changing priorities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
