What We're Looking For:Experience

Proven skills in baking - 1 year minimum. Formal qualifications are a bonus

Productivity

Ability to reproduce recipes and improve on productivity

Reliability

Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commercial baking environment.

Team Player

Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.

Your Role:
  • Prepare high-quality, volume gluten free sweet & savoury bakery lines
  • Follow recipes, using your experience in quality and production
  • Maintain SQF hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Ensure timely production and shift volume requirements while maintaining quality.
