**A bit about you**:

- You’ll have excellent Cover-More claims knowledge, you know travel and you know our customers
- You’ll have great communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be comfortable presenting to large audiences including senior stakeholders.
- You’ll have great attention to detail, you don’t let anything slip through the cracks
- You are resilient You’ll be managing the most complex claims and WTP situations in the heat of the moment, so you’ve got to keep your cool
- You back yourself, when you make a decision you make sure it’s right

**A bit about the Job**:

- You’ll be responsible for the coverage decisions on live WTP cases
- You’ll monitor, review and provide direction on all claims escalations
- You’ll present at weekly Complex Case Update meetings
- You’ll identify key areas where change in process or development can be implemented
- You’ll complete BI reporting on coverage statistics, complaints, WOP, declines and high costs
- You’ll perform audit functions on World Travel Protection’s internal coverage decisions
