**CASUAL - Warehouse Packing & Shipping Assistant (Casual, 2 Days/Week）**

About Us：

THE FEELTER is a Melbourne-based e-commerce brand founded in 2019, dedicated to bringing unique, high-end designer furniture into everyday life at affordable prices.

About the Role：

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Casual Warehouse Assistant to join our small team. This role is hands-on and involves order processing, packing, shipping, and maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick, pack, and process orders accurately
- Prepare and arrange shipments on time
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
- Perform general warehouse duties and manual handling tasks
- Operate an electric walkie reach stacker (training provided if required)
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

Work Hours:

- Approximately 2 days per week, usually Wednesday & Thursday (occasional Tuesday shifts, notified in advance)
- 10:30 am - 3:30 pm, around 5 hours per day
- Meal break (40 minutes) is unpaid and does not count towards total working hours

**Salary**:
$33 per hour, which is inclusive of the 25% casual loading required under the applicable Award.

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual, with attention to detail
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or packing experience preferred
- Experience using warehouse equipment (e.g. walkie reach stacker) is an advantage
- Basic English skills to read and understand order sheets and labels
