- South West Hub**
Reporting to the National Manager, this position will be responsible for managing the day to day operational requirements of Mercy Health’s Home Care services across the South West region (Geelong, Colac and Ballarat) to ensure integration and management of an appropriately skilled workforce, delivery of expected financial, client experience, staff engagement and compliance objectives as well as driving future business growth.
The Regional Manager will lead and manage a dedicated professional team committed to the delivery of excellent and efficient service provision and quality care to our clients in accordance with relevant funded program guidelines, the Aged Care Act 1987, Aged Care Quality of Care Principals, NDIS standards, consumer directed care principals and Mercy Health policies and procedures.
The position will also be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities within the designated service geography in addition to the management of budget and financial requirements.

- Proven leadership experience within the health, disability or home care sectors.
- Experience in providing excellence customer service.
- Proven team building and workforce management capabilities.
- Comprehensive stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Resilient with a positive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent knowledge of the aged and disability sector systems and funding.
- Proven business acumen including financial literacy.
