We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate
**Program Manager** in
**The Colac Region** to lead the OSHC program in a specialist school setting
**. **If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you.
**The Role**:
This role is outside of ratio numbers to ensure extensive support is provided to your team of educators.
- Lead, train and guide in best practice to deliver the highest quality care for every child in care
- Plan and prepare child focused programs for school aged children in a specialist school setting
- High staff to student ratio to ensure every child’s individual needs are met
- Provide children with the opportunity to explore, learn and play and have fun
- Maintain a safe environment for all children, families and staff
- Extensive training and onboarding with ongoing support
- Career development and progression pathways
- Generous resource budgets
- Be the face of TheirCare in your school community, creating lasting relationships along the way
**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience with training, coaching and management of a large team
- Experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector
- High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Requirements**:
In line with sector regulations, the following compliance documentation will be required for the role:
- Employee Working with Children Check
- First Aid + CPR Certificate
- Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
- Be actively working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification
