Bergmans Auto Group is a rapidly expanding new and used vehicle dealership located in Rockingham, just south of Perth. As a successful, privately-owned group of companies, we are seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales & Marketing Manager to play a key leadership role in our GWM franchise.

This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated professional to enjoy exceptional remuneration, state-of-the-art facilities, and a good lifestyle balance. You will have full control of the department and report directly to the Dealer Principal.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of the new vehicle sales and marketing operations
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed monthly and annual targets
- Plan and implement innovative marketing and advertising strategies
- Develop strong relationships with vehicle manufacturers, particularly GWM
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction across the department
- Oversee business development and growth initiatives in line with dealership goals

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Proven management experience in a franchised new vehicle dealership
- A deep understanding of both vehicle sales and dealership marketing
- The ability to motivate, mentor, and lead a dynamic sales team
- Demonstrated ability to achieve manufacturer KPIs and sales targets
- Strong commercial acumen with an ability to drive profitability
- Excellent relationship-building skills with manufacturers and customers alike

**Qualifications Required**
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is essential
- Strong digital marketing and customer engagement experience preferred

**What We Offer**
- Base salary of $100,000 per annum
- 10% commission on department profit
- Fully maintained company vehicle
- 12% superannuation contribution
