As a Concierge/Security Officer, you will:

- Ensure a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of departmental locations, routes, and admission protocols.
- Operate computerised access control systems and CCTV.
- Provide detailed reports to management.
- Collaborate effectively within a high-performing team.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Casual Concierge/Security Officers who are passionate about their careers and eager to make a difference. If you thrive in engaging with visitors and maintaining a secure environment, we want you on our team

To excel in this role, you will need:

- A current NSW Security Licence
- A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Valid police check.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Experience in security, concierge services, or CCTV monitoring.
- Impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
- A confident, friendly demeanor with strong observational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and report-writing abilities.
- Physical fitness to perform the required duties.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday.
