As an RN with experience in a Facility Manager position, you will have the opportunity to be working with a
**highly regarded non for profit aged care provider**, you will benefit from the ongoing support and opportunities for career progression.

Lead this aged care facility located in the regional town of Cootamundra NSW and collaborate with an established team of management and care staff while receiving support and opportunities for progression.

**_This is an opportunity for an experienced Facility Manager or Care Manager looking to step up_**

**Your duties will include**:

- Be responsible for the financial management of the facility in line with the companies budgets and policies
- Responsible for conducting the meetings for all clinical, operational and financial initiatives
- Work within a medium sized **55 bed** facility
- Seek and develop innovative and continual improvement plans
- Clinical Care Managers, Operational Managers and Financial management staff will be reporting to you
- Lead and develop the communication process across all departments within the facility
- Provide clinical leadership to nursing and care staff that supports and ensures continuing professional development

**Requirements/Skills**:

- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Experience working as a facility manager in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
