**About the Company**:
Established in 2002, Online Visions is a boutique eCommerce digital consultancy helping brands optimise their website and eCommerce operations to sell more online. Our services extend across Consulting/Strategy, UX design, e-commerce development and marketing.

**About the Role**:
This role offers a unique career growth opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced eCommerce consultant, managing client accounts and assisting in all facets of eCommerce website delivery from strategy to site launch and ongoing support. You will also play a key role in marketing campaigns and brand promotions.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- eCommerce client support & communication
- Digital project coordination with our development team
- Client website updates, app integrations & testing across multiple eCommerce platforms
- Assist with website audits and solution scoping
- Create UX wireframes and prototypes
- Management of client retainer hours
- Sales appointment setting
- Assist with marketing campaigns, content and brand promotions
- Research into eCommerce trends
- CRM management
- Company website & Social Media updates

**About You**:
Successful applicant will ideally have:

- Great sense of humour and enthusiastic attitude
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Confidence to speak your mind
- Min 3 years experience with eCommerce industry or web agency role
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and technology
- Highly competent computer skills
- Digitally Savvy with a keen interest in eCommerce (preferred)
- Experience with Google Analytics, or Business Intelligence tools (highly regarded)

**Work Hours & Location**

Full-Time, Hybrid working model, a quiet well established WFH set-up is required, ideally seeking someone conveniently located to Maroochydore to collaborate in-person 2-3 days per week.

The position is available for immediate start.

**Renumeration**

Pay is negotiable on experience

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
