**About Us**

Based in Darra, this window furnishings wholesale manufacturer has an opportunity is available for a Factory Manager or Supervisor to manage the factory and take ownership of the day-to-day production requirements.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in a broad range of internal window coverings products for the end retailer. This role requires you to lead a team and ensure that all deadlines and production expectations are met with the drive to make the factory and the employees excel in their areas.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Ability to lead and mentor a small team of within a manufacturing environment
- Responsible for supervision of fabrication, assembly, and dispatch departments
- Coordination of stock ordering and monitoring stock control levels
- Monitoring production schedules, KPI’s and conduct regular meetings
- Understanding of health & safety, quality assurance and production requirements
- Implement and streamline manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems
- Communicate with internal members daily to achieve required outcomes
- Produce quality products to ensure full support from sales, office to production

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Attention to detail with computer knowledge
- Stock control and ordering with in required lead times
- To be onsite daily to open and close the factory
- A team leader who has a manufacturing background
- Strong organisational skills with a hands-on work ethic
