- Salary: $29.56 - $31.80 p/hr plus 25% casual loading ASO2 | Multiple Casual Vacancies Available

As the Casual Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the provision of a quality administrative service to the hospital covering vacant AS02 positions. You will ensure computer data regarding admission, transfer and discharge information is accurate, complete and up to date for ward inpatients and prioritise the sequential filing of inpatient forms within the medical record in a timely and accurate manner. You will have a team work focus as you work collaboratively to develop and maintain quality standards of practice.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- The ability to adhere to instructions, established practices, procedures and guidelines and work under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Flexibility in relation to task prioritisation and willingness and ability to learn new tasks.
- The ability to undertake (or capacity to learn) data management, manipulation, extraction and minor systems development of Sunrise EMR

This position will work over a seven day roster.
