**About the Role**:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a passionate and dedicated Allied Health Assistant to join our Social Work team within the Allied Health Division.

As an Allied Health Assistant - Social Work, you will work closely with our Social Work team, providing essential support and assistance to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- assisting Social Workers in conducting patient assessments and evaluations
- providing administrative and clerical support, including data entry and file management
- facilitating patient and family education and support programs
- supporting the coordination of discharge planning and community services
- contributing to the development and implementation of social work interventions

To be eligible for this position, you must possess or be undertaking a Certificate 3 in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent.
