Our core in-house services include Building Management, Concierge and Cleaning Services, and we manage a large portfolio of high-profile clients based in Sydney and foster an environment of transparency, collaboration, respect, and integrity.

This is a rewarding and challenging role working collaboratively with the Building Management Committee and Owners Corporations to ensure their mixed-use site is managed and maintained to an excellent standard.

The focus of this role is to deliver industry leading concierge services to residents of high-end Sydney based apartment complexes. Our concierge act as the face of the building and provide a professional welcome to residents and exceptional service experiences that bonds Excel to the clients and their guests.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Providing all residents and guests with a 5-star service, ensuring exceptional front desk services.
- Assisting the Building Manager and Head Concierge with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing.
- Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds.
- Securing resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning.
- Internal and External Patrolling.
- Completing Incident Reports when necessary and responding to emergencies.
- Ensuring entry and lifts are tidy and presentable.

**Working hours**:
**Role 1 - **Monday to Friday from 11pm to 7am.

**Role 2**:

- Monday to Wednesday + Saturday and Sunday (Thursday and Friday off)
**Qualifications**
- Availability to work overnights
- Ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team.
- Front of house or customer service experience.
- Proven quality written and verbal communication skills.

**Additional Information**
Applicants are required to be eligible to work in Australia and being successful in the recruitment process you will be required to present your Police Check.

Uniform is provided:
- MEN UNIFORM - Black business suit, tie, and name badge.
- LADIES UNIFORM - Black business suit, scarf, and name badge.

Training is provided prior to first shift.
