**About the Role**
The Trinity College Pathways School including Trinity College Foundation Studies (TCFS), is a one-year course which prepares able overseas students for undergraduate entry to the University of Melbourne and other leading Australian universities.
Trinity College is seeking a Timetabling Specialist to lead a critical project within the Pathways School, focused on identifying and recommending an improved software solution for academic timetabling.
This fixed term, part-time (0.4 FTE) role is designed to assess the School’s current timetabling systems and processes, identify and evaluate suitable alternatives, and contribute to the documentation and enhancement of timetabling procedures. The role also provides support for timetabling operations during peak periods and in the absence of the Manager, Timetabling and Academic Dates.
This is a unique opportunity to support operational efficiency, enhance the student experience, and contribute to the continuous improvement of a vital academic function at Trinity College Pathways School, which delivers multiple intakes annually to over 1,000 international students preparing for university study.
**Contract Type**:This is a part-time (0.4), fixed term contract position working from campus
**Salary**: FTE $113,000 plus 17.5% leave loading plus 12% superannuation
