Join an extremely well-backed and
**unique Sydney Fintech** in a
**Product Designer role. **Working with the Head of Product to
**help design, build and shape their existing product and future products, using your end-to-end UXUI & Product Designer skills.**

Born in 2019, this team of 9 has recently raised $9mil in order to launch new products, build highly innovative integrations for their partners & grow their wonderful team.

**Purpose of the Role**:
Understand the customer and potential future customers in order to improve, shape, build and design existing and future
**web and mobile** products.

**What you'll be doing**:
**Help with designing modern mobile and web apps with simple and elegant features**

**Brainstorming** to help
**refine their website** and assess what’s optimal and what’s efficient;
Understand and analyse current customers' thought processes;
Identifying a pool of customers who haven't seen this product yet and how do they do this?

Rejig the website, analyse communication with their customers & feed this back to the marketing team to push through to the next phases;
Digging deeper into more customer insights and analytics to reach future customers;
Understanding the potential customers and building the solutions to that, the language they use, and creating the website accordingly

**What Skills you need**:
**Strong UX**
**& UI experience working with websites and modern mobile apps** keeping the user's experience in mind.
- **User centric thinking, UX research**, **personas, user journey,** **behaviors, surveys, interviews**:

- **Strong UI** with a strong understanding of design principles using Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite for Prototyping, HiFi and UI design.
- **Modern mobile app UI design**:

- **End to end Product Design**:

- **3-5+ years of relevant industry experience **coming from another **small product tech co**:

- **Solid comms to speak with customers,** can-do attitude, be proactive, flexible and agile
- An inclusive and proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams
