**Product Designer**

We are working with a Tech business that is looking to change the world one carbon atom at a time

This is a company that will make a real difference to the world and they are looking for a passionate designer that wants to be a part of this journey.

You will get to work with passionate people and be a major influence in the design process with a real influence in making the world better by reducing climate change and carbon.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work within a multidisciplinary team, owning the design process.
- Produce prototypes, wireframes, users journeys flows and mockups
- Use stakeholder feedback to improve designs
- Create UI and UX designs to produce thoughtful and engaging products
- Validate designs through customer feedback
- Use customer-centric approach methods to impact designs
- Use your problem-solving skills to deeply understand our customers and design software solutions

**About you**:

- You want to make a real difference, have a purpose and use your skills for the greater good.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Design
- Experience delivering SaaS products
- Worked in a Start-up environment
- Can produce customer-centric approach designs
- Highly collaborative having worked with product owners and software engineers throughout the lifecycle
- Can use product analytics data and operational metrics to influence designs
- Bonus if you have been exposed to both B2B and B2C with SaaS products

You are the type of person that is curious to learn new things with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can lead and take ownership with stakeholders being able to prioritise work. You also understand the big picture and can translate this into your work, being driven and motivated to make a real impact.
