**Duties**

We are seeking a **Construction Supervisor** with a minimum of 5 years of experience, specializing in fit-out builds, new builds primarily in warehouses and industrial projects. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects, maintaining industry standards, and delivering successful results.
- Lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and teams to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or disputes.
- Document project progress and maintain accurate records.

**Criteria**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor in fit-out builds, new construction primarily in warehouses and industrial projects..
- Proven ability to lead construction delivery teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
