**About the Opportunity**

Specific responsibilities include:

- Maintaining accurate franchising information, tools and templates for the business
- Support the day-to-day document production requirements for the franchising function
- Support the People and Franchising team in coordinating training sessions
- Confidently interact with senior managers to assist the franchise network.
- Book meetings and travel ad hoc.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Strong experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills both written & oral
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines; and
- Good communication and relationship building skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
