- **Part Time Fixed Term** role located in **Mitcham**:

- Your shifts will be **70/62.5**:

- Have experience within disability sector, including experience dealing with behaviours of concern
- Be an effective communicator with proven experience in managing a diverse team in the community sector
- Be strategic in your thinking about how to improve your service and contribute to changes that positively affect your service
- Enjoy change and work well in leading a team through an ever-changing environment
- Have the ability to adapt to various situations
- **An Advanced Diploma of Disability (**or equivalence**) is required for this role**

As a **Disability Support Worker** in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose - is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

- Qualification requirement
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
- Full Victorian Driver's License
