**About the role**

Are you ready to take on a new challenge in a

**inclusive **team that will allow you to take ownership? My client is seeking an Administration Assistant to provide support to a highly driven team. The ideal individual will be able to work autonomously as well as in a team and manager a broad range of duties.

**Responsibilities**

***
You will assist the Sales & Accounts team with all Administrative tasks as required. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as, but not limited to:

- Answer inbound calls and follow up with clients
- Source relevant information and update customers
- Assist account team with amending invoices and discrepancies
- Provide support to the sales teams
- Create and prepare sales quotes
- Assist with credit investigation
- Update and maintain internal database
- Prepare reports and end of month invoices
- Daily filing and data entry as required
- Ad hoc administrative duties as necessary

**Skills / Experience**

***
- Experience working in a similar Administration Assistant or Customer Service role
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- High degree of resilience, tolerance and initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good stakeholder management skills
