Our Client is a well-respected Company with strong Nationwide brand recognition. An ongoing role is available for an experienced, enthusiastic Trade Assistant for work in Brisbane.

**The Role**:
The role will see you assisting the tradesmen in a variety of roles. From assisting with repairs, maintenance & installs. Tasks can include Grinding, Fabricating and General Labouring. A White Card, Drivers Licence and Vehicle are essential - workshop is based in Underwood however install locations will vary.

**About You**:
Experienced in Assembling Metal, Stainless Steel, Fibreglass & proficient with Machinery and hand tools.

You must have a positive outlook and willing to get stuck in.

**To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria**:

- You must have a White Card and be able to produce it when required
- 2 years exp minimum in a Workshop Environment
- Ability to follow Assembly Directions/Procedures
- A strong background in Production
- Construction or Building Experience Highly Regarded
- You must be able to follow direction well, and you will have strong initiative and drive to get the job done well
- Work well in a team environment and autonomously when needed
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to complete manual tasks - the role will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling
- Be physically fit and capable of lifting bulky items
- Have full PPE including steel capped boots, Hi Vis shirts and long pants
- Own reliable vehicle and valid licence - please note that due to some of job locations public transport may not be available

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
