One Heart Support Services are seeking skilled, compassionate, reliable and dedicated Support Workers to join our professional team in providing high quality care to our clients. The roles provided are 1:1 support both in the home and in the community. We have different roles available for different clients. We strongly encourage Support Workers with Mental Health qualifications to apply.

We require Support Workers who have the following skills:

- Ability to document clearly and precisley on every shift
- Attend to personal care and have attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to learn quickly and follow directives
- A positive attitude with excellent de-esculation skills
- The ability to assist clients with meals and feeding
- Adhere to all company policy and procedures
- Work collaboratively with all staff members to ensure our client's needs and goals are being met

**Mandatory requirements**:
Blue and yellow cards, First Aid and CPR, Car Licence, Safe and reliable car, Police Check, Full comprehensive car insurance, NDIS modules (can supply link if needed)

No centrelink time wasters to apply.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.46 - $77.03 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

Work Location: In person
