**Capt’n Brew**isn’t just a mobile café — we’re a purpose-built coffee trailer. At **Capt’n Brew**, we don’t just serve coffee — we create moments. Our boat-themed mobile café is all about bringing the **good vibes, specialty brews, and a taste of the coast** to markets, events, and gatherings across Melbourne.

We’re a small, owner-run crew with a big vision**:to elevate taste buds and deliver an experience people remember**. At peak markets, we’re moving fast — brewing a drink in under a minute and smashing through 5kg of beans in just a few hours. It’s busy, it’s fun, and it’s fuelled by great coffee and even better people.

**What your day looks like**

This is **not your average barista gig**. We’re looking for an **all-round legend** who’s just as comfortable pulling the perfect espresso as they are towing a trailer, setting up a pop-up café, or keeping the vibes flowing with customers.

Your role will cover:

- **Towing & Setup** - Safely towing and setting up the trailer so it’s ready to roll.
- **Stock & Prep** - Restocking supplies, loading up, and making sure the trailer is dialled in for service.
- **Service & Speed** - Brewing coffee, blending drinks, and following recipes with precision (we move fast and stay sharp).
- **Cash & POS Handling** - Running the till, processing payments, and reconciling with accuracy and trust.
- **Customer Vibes** - Creating a positive, upbeat experience for every customer — you’re part of the show.
- **Pack Down & Reset** - Packing up with care, leaving no trace, and setting us up for the next adventure.

Shifts range from **4 to 8 hours (including setup/pack-down)**. Some days you’ll do it all — towing, service, and pack-down. Other days, you might just jump in for a shorter service shift.

**Where You’ll Work**

Most of our events are in the **Mornington Peninsula and Bayside area** — think coastal mornings, buzzing markets, and local events. Occasionally, we pop up in the **Yarra Valley** and the wider **South-East Melbourne region**. A bit of travel is part of the ride, and we’ll make sure you’re supported with the right setup.
