**Job Description**:

The key responsibilities of this role include the following:
- Provide an incredible Customer Experience
- Effectively educate, guide and train customers to equipment control best practice
- Work with the Accounts Owners to build Support plans
- Present recommendations and deliver creative solutions
- Manage, lead, and support Strategic initiatives
- Deliver Asset support by conducting regular and planned site visits within the region
- Contribute to the equipment pool integrity
- Adaptable, personable, and collaborative with exceptional active listing skills
- Driven, resilient, supportive and operate seamlessly within a team environment
- Well-organised and excellent at managing priorities
- Trusted to work autonomously
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in operational equipment control is highly desirable
