**_and thrive in a team environmentthis is the role for you_**_This is a role for town planner to join an established multidisciplinary team of specialist
planners, economists, and designers, working nationally across a range of projects.

You will have a focus on client management, project delivery and analysis of legislations,
capability, you will have great communication skills, strong level of self-motivation and
local knowledge.

Some of the type of work you would be involved in would include:

- Undertaking planning assessment, investigation and analysis of QLD legislation,

guidelines, and related documentation for a range of project types
- Development of strong client Relationships
- Project management and team coordination
- Preparation of tenders, proposals and submissions
- Urban renewal and master planning projects
- Strategic investigations and pathway advice to public and private sector clients
- Focused assessment and analysis projects on key planning matters

Essential Experience / Attributes:

- Experience with the _Planning Act_ _2016_ and DA Rules and processes, as well as

other relevant legislation
- Tertiary qualification in town planning
- Min. 6 year’s industry experience
- Project management and coordination skills
- Local Brisbane (or SEQ) planning and development knowledge
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Australian resident
