Oracle Health is looking for a learning manager (Consulting Project Senior Consultant) to join the Change and Learning team in Australia. This is an exciting team that looks to push the boundaries in organisational change and learning space. It is part of the wider organisation of Oracle Cerner Consulting. You will be part of a dynamic international team in which collaborative working is paramount, delivering value to clients. You will be expected to contribute and identify areas for process improvement internally.
You will be designing learning programs and facilitating training events to clients on various Oracle Cerner products contextualised to their clinical workflows. Working with the client, you will be creating a strategic plan to obtain value achievement across their education programs to promote growth, development, and adoption.
**What You’ll Do**
As a Senior Consultant your primary responsibilities will be in 2 areas:
- Learning Leadership/Strategy
- Training Delivery/Instructional Design
In the learning leadership space you will be working with Oracle Cerner clients/customers at a strategic level to develop site or role specific learning strategies and projects plans to achieve targeted learning-enabled business outcomes. You will consult with and coordinate between Oracle Health and client leaders to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies. You will also lead and execute single/multi-site learning projects, including implementation of learning curriculum, identification of curriculum gaps, tracking learning milestones, communication to stakeholders and post-project evaluation. Finally, you will have the opportunity to work in a creative environment to mitigate identified project risks and overcome barriers while partnering with project leadership as needed.
From a training delivery/instructional design perspective, you will assist in developing appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs. You will prepare lesson plans including methods, materials and documentation to be presented. Review course content to address current product features, functions and workflow to address the needs of clients.
As a Senior Consultant, you will deliver complex, comprehensive training in person and virtually that build motivation and ability. You will design and implement appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs including process design and solution adoption best practices. Using effective influencing skills, you will provide one-on-one support to client to promote adoption.

**What You’ll Bring**
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- At least 6 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education.
- At least 1 year experience in learning/adult education, project/program management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.
**Other Expectations**:
- You may be required to travel across Australia for up to 80% as needed.
- Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. A BS or BA in related fields. 3 - 6 years overall experience in functional or technical role.
