**Role Overview**

As a Luxury Boutique Stylist, you will embody our brand’s sophistication, delivering an unparalleled shopping experience while driving sales. You will assist clients in curating their wardrobe, provide expert styling advice, and ensure the boutique reflects our commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve daily sales goals while maintaining a consultative, client-first approach.
- Assist shoppers with personalized styling, offering expert guidance on fit, fabric, and coordination.
- Deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and attended to.
- Maintain the boutique’s presentation, ensuring it meets luxury standards.
- Participate in sales training to refine techniques and stay aligned with brand expectations.
- Uphold brand values and goals, ensuring consistency in service and aesthetic.
- Foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that enhances the shopping experience.
- Work closely with the designer to gain in-depth product knowledge and translate that expertise into client interactions.
- Engage clients with our brand beyond the boutique, referring them to our social media platforms for inspiration and updates.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
