Lithium Australia is currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer to join our accounting and finance team, with the core aim to manage and oversee the full function of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for Lithium Australia with the potential to support other group companies.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a growing ASX listed company in a part-time flexible role in an industry that is making a difference to sustainability.

Reporting to the Financial Accountant the main functions of the role will be:

- Standard accounting AR / AP responsibilities, in line with company policy and requirements.
- Ensure invoices are appropriately approved, coded and authorised supporting financial accountant with month end reconciliations.
- Setting up the accounts and managing account queries.
- Data maintenance, integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Banking reconciliations, billing, direct debits and receipting.
- Collections, refunds, and payments.
- Weekly and Monthly cashflow reporting.
- General ad hoc administrative duties.

**To be successful in the role you should**
- Be Degree qualified with a tertiary qualification in accounting or finance or a relevant discipline.
- Strong proven Accounts Payable / Receivable experience
- Be a strong communicator (both oral and written) and able to manage relationships with a range of key stakeholders.
- Have solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and Accounting software.
