**How will I help?**

The Service Owner (Time to Decision - Time to Cash) plays a critical role in leading the agile delivery and execution of prioritised key policy and process initiatives to:

- Enhance the customer journey and experience of our business lending customers and uplift Banker, Credit and Operations productivity and efficiency.
- Uplift our core performance metrics of Time to Decision (‘TTD’), First Time Right (‘FTR’) and Time to Settlement (‘TTS’) to agreed targets.
- Develop and maintain initiative pipeline for the Personalised Customer Channels Village in conjunction with other Village Service Owners and Business partners across the value chain.

**You will also be responsible for**:

- Enhancement of the customer journey and experience across the end-to-end business lending value chain.
- Delivery of best in class, functional, compliant, and fit for purpose policy and process initiatives to support business lending growth and efficiency of our business as a whole.
- Provide analytics and meaningful insights on portfolio performance and progress towards agreed targets.
- Support portfolio prioritisation and QBR/BSR planning cycles
- Effective management of delivery and delivered risks within prioritised initiatives
- Supporting team members with career growth and managing talent

**What do I need?**
- 5+ years of experience in business lending
- Strong leadership skills, communication skills and negotiating and influencing skills, including the ability to deliver results across teams outside your direct reporting lines
- Ability to work collaboratively and integrate the work of many across the Group
- Ability to operate across and coordinate multiple priorities - this is essential as the role requires management of agile projects, engagement of indirect & non-reports to deliver outcomes
- Strong focus on delivery/outcomes - you will be expected to make informed decisions in an agile manner and deliver tangible outcomes at speed.
- Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders across divisions
