**The Organisation**

Nagle College is a welcoming community, drawing from the parishes of Blacktown, Lalor Park, Marayong, and Seven Hills. Our College has a strong multicultural character, with students coming from approximately 70 different cultural backgrounds.

**Role Overview**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Non-specialised repair work
- Responding to alarms, following emergency procedures, inspecting and securing buildings
- Providing assistance to qualified tradespersons in building and furniture maintenance
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the Principal and/or Principal’s Delegate. This may include operation of the school’s security system when commencing/finishing a shift.

**The Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow directions, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff and students
- Relevant knowledge or experience in maintenance tasks is essential
- Trade qualification (Certificate III) is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation is required (Working with Children Check clearance)
