Initiated is an automotive racing team with a passion for drifting, racing and a focus on reselling boutique automotive parts. As we continue to expand our horizons, we are offering a rewarding Marketing position for a talented and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team.

Specifically we're looking for a passionate marketing staff member who is excited to grow a brand.

**Job Overview**:
At Initiated, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our digital marketing efforts. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of online marketing within the automotive industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**1. SEO Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving our website's search engine rankings.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance our website's visibility.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics.

**2. Content Creation**:

- Create original, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Develop content that highlights our racing team's achievements, automotive parts, and racing events.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas.

**3. Social Media Management**:

- Manage our Instagram account by creating and scheduling posts that resonate with our audience.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow our Instagram presence.
- Use analytics to track the performance of posts and make data-driven decisions.

**4. Marketing Material Development**:

- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure consistent branding across all marketing collateral.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, especially Instagram.
- Creative mindset and a passion for the automotive industry and racing.
