Seeking someone with experience in sales - New lead generation - Cold calling & warm calling. Qualifying leads and closing deals.
In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading our lead generation efforts, encompassing both warm and cold leads, to drive sales growth in the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
**Lead Generation**: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify potential IT clients, both through warm leads (existing contacts and referrals) and cold leads (proactive outreach, market research, and networking).
**Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their IT needs and offering tailored solutions to address their challenges.
**Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on our IT products and services, becoming an expert in our offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients.
**Sales Presentations**: Create persuasive presentations and demonstrations to showcase our IT solutions, highlighting their benefits and advantages.
**Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached with clients.
**Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas by converting leads into satisfied clients.
**Market Research**: Continuously monitor IT industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and development.
**Reporting**: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with a track record of successful lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Business level English - Spoken & Written.
- Not essential - Technical knowledge of IT products and services.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Preferred - Familiarity with Salesforce & Jira.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 38 per week
